Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using Image Downloader Pro, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website, browser extension, Premium features, license activation, or support forms.

We may update these terms when features, pricing, licensing, browser-store rules, payment services, or operating requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. What Image Downloader Pro Does

Image Downloader Pro is a browser extension that scans webpages at your request to find images and related image metadata available to your browser. It helps you preview, filter, organize, copy, and download selected image results.

Depending on your browser and plan, the extension may include page scanning, open-tab scanning, imported-link scanning, favorites, saved searches, scan history, a download library, ZIP and CSV export, custom filename templates, duplicate tools, similar-image tools, visual styles, and other workflow features.

3. Responsible Use

• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of downloaded images complies with applicable laws, copyright, licenses, website terms, privacy rights, and access restrictions.
• You must not use the extension to bypass authentication, paywalls, digital rights management, technical access controls, or other restrictions.
• You must not use the extension for abusive automation, excessive requests, security attacks, spam, or activity that disrupts websites, browser services, or other users.
• Downloaded content remains the responsibility of the user. Image Downloader Pro does not grant ownership or usage rights to third-party images.

4. Free and Premium Features

Image Downloader Pro provides a Free plan and optional Premium access. Current Free limits may include daily download and copy limits, limits for favorites and saved searches, limited scan-history visibility, and limits on active workflow rules.

Premium raises or removes selected limits and may unlock advanced features such as ZIP and CSV export, imported-link Mass Scan, custom filename templates, duplicate cleanup, visually similar image detection, expanded download history, additional visual styles, and priority support.

Feature names, limits, availability, and plan packaging may change as the product evolves. The current comparison displayed inside the extension or on the website takes precedence over older marketing materials.

5. License Keys and Activation

After a Premium purchase, you may receive a license key by email. Premium activation requires entering a valid license key in the extension. License status may be checked periodically through a secure validation service.

A license is intended for one user and may normally be used on that user's own supported devices. Sharing, publishing, reselling, transferring, manipulating, or abusing a license key may result in suspension or deactivation.

Premium access remains available while the relevant purchase or subscription entitlement is valid. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not normally end access before the already-paid billing period expires.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Lifetime Access

Checkout, taxes, invoices, subscriptions, customer portals, license delivery, and refunds may be handled by an external commerce provider. That provider may apply its own terms and privacy policy.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel through the payment provider's customer portal or contact support if you cannot access the cancellation option. Cancellation prevents future renewals and does not automatically guarantee a refund for a completed billing period unless required by law or approved through the payment provider.

Lifetime access means Premium access for the supported life of Image Downloader Pro. It is subject to browser-store availability, browser compatibility, technical changes, responsible use, and these terms. It is not a guarantee that every current feature or third-party integration will remain unchanged forever.

7. Privacy and Local Data

Image Downloader Pro is designed around a local browser workflow. Settings, scan results, favorites, saved searches, download history, usage counters, visual preferences, and license status may be stored in your browser profile.

External requests are limited to functions that require them, such as user-requested page access, Premium license validation, payment workflows, or support messages. For more information, read the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and Changes

Image Downloader Pro is provided on an as-available basis. Browser APIs, browser-store policies, websites, operating systems, security restrictions, and third-party services can change and may affect scanning, previews, downloads, Premium activation, checkout, or support.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for browser compatibility, security, legal compliance, store policy compliance, maintenance, or product quality.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

Image Downloader Pro is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, compatibility with every website, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the extension and downloaded content at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Image Downloader Pro and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, extension, downloaded content, Premium features, license activation, payment services, or support channels.

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
